Domz Capsule is a combination medicine used in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in patients who are not responding adequately to omeprazole alone. It may also be used to treat gastric acid-related disorders.

How it works
Domperidone works by blocking chemicals in the brain and the intestine. This causes improved movements and faster gastric emptying which helps in the prevention of vomiting. Omeprazole works by interfering with the final step of acid release in the stomach. This helps in reducing the acidity in the stomach. Thus, this combination is better effective for the treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).
