Description
Doloneuron 100 Tablet is a combination of Gabapentin and Methylcobalamin. It is used in the treatment of neuropathic pain (pain from nerve damage). It can occur due to various conditions like diabetes, cancer, spine disorders, thyroid problems, or HIV (Human immunodeficiency virus) infection. Doloneuron 100 Tablet works by blocking the movement of pain signals in your brain. It also helps in the formation of a protective covering (myelin) of the nerve fibres and repairs your damaged nerves. Doloneuron 100 Tablet may cause side effects like sleepiness, dizziness, weakness, and loss of coordination. These side effects are temporary and usually resolve on their own. Consult your doctor if these side effects are worrying you. This medicine may cause mood and behavioural changes. If you develop mood changes or suicidal thoughts, contact your doctor immediately Doloneuron 100 Tablet can be taken with or without food as prescribed by your doctor. You should keep taking this medicine as long as your doctor prescribes it, even if you feel better after a few doses. Complete the whole course to see the maximum benefits. Doloneuron 100 Tablet is not recommended in children less than 6 years of age. Inform your doctor if you are allergic to this medicine. Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems or any other medical conditions. You should not stop taking this medicine unless advised by your doctor. If stopped abruptly, you might experience withdrawal symptoms like anxiety, fatigue, sweating, vomiting, depression, seizures, and hallucinations. Allergy

Avoid taking Doloneuron 100 Tablet if you are allergic to it. Serious allergic reactions are rare. How it works
Doloneuron 100 Tablet is composed of two medicines: Gabapentin and Methylcobalamin. Gabapentin works by interfering with the pain signals travelling through the damaged nerves and your brain. Thus, it relieves pain due to nerve damage. Methylcobalamin is an active form of vitamin B12. It helps in the production of myelin (a substance that protects the nerve fibres) and heals your damaged nerve cells.
