How it works
Dipgenta Cream contains Betamethasone and Gentamicin. Betamethasone works by inhibiting the release of prostaglandins (chemical messengers in the body made of fats) in the body that causes swelling, redness and itching of your skin. Gentamicin works by preventing the formation of bacterial cell walls. This helps in stopping the growth and multiplication of the microorganisms, eventually killing them.
