How it works
Dipadase Plus Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase. Diclofenac works by reducing the formation of certain substances in your body that are responsible for causing pain and swelling. Paracetamol increases the pain threshold (ability to handle pain) and decreases swelling. Serratiopeptidase reduces redness and swelling through the breakdown of proteins present at the site of the swelling.
