How it works
Levosalbutamol relaxes the smooth muscles and opens the blocked air passages thereby improves the amount of airflow to the lungs and makes breathing easier. Ambroxol promotes mucus clearance and eases a productive cough. Guaifenesin reduces the thickness of mucus in the air passages; this makes it easier to cough up the mucus and clear the airways.
