D3 More 2 K Chewable Tablet is used in the treatment of Vitamin D deficiency. It is a vitamin supplement that works by improving Vitamin D levels in your body. D3 More 2 K Chewable Tablet may cause side effects such as high blood calcium levels, increased calcium levels in the urine, skin rash and itching, etc. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or worsen. D3 More 2 K Chewable Tablet should be taken exactly as directed by your doctor. Take it at the same time every day to maintain a constant level of this medicine in your body.
