How it works
D'Cold Total Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol, Caffeine, and Phenylephrine which relieve common cold symptoms. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain killer) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of a chemical substance called prostaglandin, which is responsible for pain and fever. Caffeine increases the effectiveness of Paracetamol. Phenylephrine acts by reducing the swelling of the blood vessels in the nasal passages, making it easier to breathe.
