Description
Crizlife 4 MG Tablet MD is used in children to prevent and control asthma (narrowing of the airways) and treat symptoms of allergic rhinitis (allergy that cause swelling in the nose). It is also used to treat breathing difficulty during exercise. It works by preventing the narrowing of the windpipe and also provides relief from allergic symptoms. Crizlife 4 MG Tablet MD may cause side effects like nausea, vomiting, headache, stomach pain, fever and diarrhoea. These effects are mild and may subside by themselves. Consult the doctor if they bother your child for a long time. Crizlife 4 MG Tablet MD should be chewed before swallowing. Give this medicine to your child one hour before food or 2 hour after food. Give this medicine 2 hours before exercise to prevent breathing problems caused during exercise. Give this medicine to your child at the same time everyday for better results. Ensure that you give this medicine to your child for the recommended duration even if your child starts to feel better. Avoid the use of this medicine in your child for sudden asthma attacks. Consult the doctor to understand what medicine should be taken in case of a sudden attack. Crizlife 4 MG Tablet MD is not recommended if your child is allergic to it. This medicine is not safe to use in children below 2 years of age the as safety and efficacy data is not established. Inform the doctor if your child has any mental illness or liver problems. Inform the doctor if your child is taking any medications or have any other medical conditions.

Allergy

Acute asthma attack

Acute asthma attack is a sudden onset of difficulty in breathing due to narrowing of the windpipe. Crizlife 4 MG Tablet MD is not recommended for use in such cases.

Behaviour and mood changes

Crizlife 4 MG Tablet MD may cause changes in your behaviour and mood. If your child experience any symptoms such as agitation, irritability, anxiety, unusual dreams, suicidal thoughts, etc., reported to the doctor immediately. Inform the doctor if your child has mental illness.

Churg-Strauss syndrome

Churg-Strauss syndrome is a condition in which the walls of the blood vessels swell. Crizlife 4 MG Tablet MD causes an increase in the disease-fighting white blood cells in the blood, leading to this condition. Inform the doctor if your child experience fever, joint pain, numbness and weakness in any part of your body.

Use in children

Montelukast 5mg chewable tablet is not recommended in children below 6 years of age. Montelukast 4mg chewable tablet is not recommended in children below 2 years of age.

Missed Dose

Give the missed dose of Crizlife 4 MG Tablet MD to your child as soon as you remember. However, skip the missed dose if it is time for the next scheduled dose. Do not take double dose to make up for the missed dose.

Overdose

Never give more than the prescribed dose to your child. Reach the nearest emergency medical department in case of an overdose with Crizlife 4 MG Tablet MD.
