Description
Cosel-LZ Syrup is a combination medicine which may be used to treat abnormal mucus secretion, airway blockage, chest congestion, etc associated with conditions such as emphysema, tracheobronchitis, etc. It is also used for the treatment of a cough that produces mucus or phlegm.

Kidney Disease

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with end-stage kidney disease and creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/min due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects.

Causes sleepiness

How it works
Ambroxol works by promoting mucus clearance and easing a productive cough. Guaifenesin works by reducing the thickness of mucus in the air passages; this makes it easier to cough up the mucus and clear the airways. Levocetirizine works by blocking the action of a natural substance produced by the body called histamine which is responsible for causing allergic symptoms. Menthol causes a feeling of coolness and gives a soothing effect to the throat.
