How it works
Cosalic solution is a combimation medicine containing Salicylic Acid and Coal Tar. Salicylic Acid softens and loosens the dry, scaly, or thickened skin, which causes shedding of the outer layer of the skin. Coal tar normalises the process of cell growth in the skin. It softens the outer layer of the skin causing the skin to shed dead cells. Thus it decreases scaling, dryness, and itchiness associated with various skin conditions.
