How it works
Aceclofenac works by reducing the formation of certain substances in the body that cause pain and swelling. Drotaverine works by affecting certain enzyme receptors that are directly involved with the spasms of the smooth muscles. It also helps in restoring the chemical balance in smooth muscles to relieve pain and spasms. The combination is thus effective in treating muscular pain associated with spasms.
