Colicaid EZ Drops is a combination of Fungal diastase, Pepsin, and Simethicone. It is used to treat indigestion, flatulence (gas), infant colic (when a healthy baby cries or is fussy for several hours), and stomach distention (bloating and swelling in the stomach area) in children. It promotes digestion by breaking down carbohydrates, fats, and proteins into simpler forms and helps to relieve digestive disorders. Colicaid EZ Drops may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhoea, headache, etc., in some cases. Seek medical attention if any of these side effects do not resolve with time or worsen. Colicaid EZ Drops may be given to your child after a meal. Your child's doctor will decide the dose and duration of treatment based on the clinical condition. Shake the bottle well before each use. Use a calibrated dropper for an accurate dose. Colicaid EZ Drops is not recommended for use if your child is allergic to it. Inform the doctor if your child is taking any medications, including herbal or vitamin supplements. It should be used with caution if your child has a history of swelling of the pancreas. Colicaid EZ Drops should be used in children upon your doctor's recommendation.
