How it works
Coldmine Syrup is a combination of Paracetamol, Phenylephrine, and Cetirizine. Paracetamol is a pain reliever and fever reducer. It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Phenylephrine acts by reducing the swelling of the blood vessels in the nasal passages, thereby making it easier to breathe. Cetirizine works by blocking the action of histamine, a natural substance produced by the body which is responsible for causing allergic symptoms.
