Description
Clearz Max Cream is a combination medicine that consists of Tretinoin, Hydroquinone and Fluocinolone which is used for the short-term treatment of melasma in adults. Melasma is a condition where dark spots appear on your cheeks and forehead that is caused by hormonal changes generally during menopause or pregnancy. Clearz Max Cream may cause some side effects like rashes, blistering of the skin, irritation or burning sensation at the application site. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen. Before beginning the treatment, your doctor may perform a patch test to check if this medicine is safe and non-allergenic for you. It is done as this medicine may cause severe allergic reactions on the skin and asthma attacks in some cases. Clearz Max Cream is for external use only. Clean and dry the affected area. Apply a thin layer over the affected parts of the skin. Avoid contact with your eyes, nose and mouth. Rinse with water immediately if the medicine comes in contact with these areas. Clearz Max Cream should be used 30 minutes before bedtime for better results. It may take a few days or weeks for improving your condition. Therefore, it is advised to complete the whole treatment with this medicine as prescribed. Clearz Max Cream should be used only after consultation with your doctor if you are pregnant or are breastfeeding. Inform your doctor if the condition has not cleared up after four weeks of treatment.

How it works
Tretinoin works by promoting the repair, growth and maturation of skin cells. Hydroquinone reduces the formation of pigments that causes darkening of the skin. Fluocinolone inhibits the release of certain chemical substances that causes inflammation or swelling. Together they can counteract the symptoms of melasma.
