Carpinol 2 % Eye Drops

Manufactured bySUNWAYS (INDIA) PVT LTD
ContainsPilocarpine
Description
Carpinol 2 % Eye Drops is a topical preparation used in the treatment of ocular hypertension and glaucoma. These are conditions characterised by increased intra-ocular pressure (increased fluid pressure within your eyeballs) due to an imbalance in the production and drainage of the fluid in your eyes. It works by increasing the drainage of fluid from your eyes, thus lowering pressure inside the eyes. Carpinol 2 % Eye Drops may also be used to counteract the effects of certain medications that cause dilation of the pupil (the small black circle in the centre of the eye that controls the amount of light entering the eyes). Carpinol 2 % Eye Drops shows some common side effects like blurred vision, dry eyes, and burning sensations in the eyes. Consult your doctor if these side effects bother you for a long time or worsen. Avoid driving vehicles immediately after using this medicine, as your vision might be a little blurry. Carpinol 2 % Eye Drops is for external use only. Your doctor will determine the dose and duration of treatment based on your condition. Instill the eye drop as instructed by your doctor. Use it for the recommended duration for maximum benefits. Carpinol 2 % Eye Drops is not recommended if you are allergic to this medicine. Inform your doctor if you are using contact lenses and/or taking any medicines. Also, if you are pregnant or are breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
