Description
Canazole 100 MG Tablet is an antifungal medicine used to treat fungal infections of the vagina. It works by stopping the growth of the infection-causing fungi. Canazole 100 MG Tablet may rarely cause lower abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, burning sensation/irritation/itchiness, etc., at the site of application. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or if they become severe. Canazole 100 MG Tablet should be inserted into your vagina as directed by your doctor. Continue using this medicine for the prescribed duration to effectively treat your infection. Canazole 100 MG Tablet should be avoided if you are allergic to it. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using this medication.

Vaginal intercourse

It is recommended to avoid sexual intercourse if you have a vaginal infection and while using Canazole 100 MG Tablet due to the increased risk of your partner being infected.

Use during menstruation

Avoid using Canazole 100 MG Tablet during menstruation due to the risk of this medicine being washed out by the menstrual flow.

Use effective contraceptive methods

Canazole 100 MG Tablet may damage the rubber contraceptives (condoms or diaphragms) and thereby reduce their effectiveness. It is recommended to use an alternative contraceptive method for at least five days after using this medicine.

Missed Dose

Try not to miss a dose of Canazole 100 MG Tablet. In case of a missed dose, administer it as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is time for the next dose. Do not apply a double dose to make up for the missed one.

Canazole 100 MG Tablet is meant for vaginal use only. Administer it as directed by your doctor. Wash your hands before and after using the vaginal tablet. Do not discontinue treatment with this medicine without consulting your doctor. Do not give Canazole 100 MG Tablet to others even if their condition appears to be the same as yours. Consult your doctor if the infection recurs more than twice within six months. Do not use tampons or other vaginal products while using this medicine. Avoid using this medicine if you are on your period. Start the treatment after your period has stopped.
