Disease interactions
Boxer-NM Syrup may cause a heart rhythm problem called prolonged QT intervals (an electrical heartbeat disturbance) if you are taking heart medications. It may result in fast, rapid, and irregular heartbeats. Your doctor may closely monitor you and/or adjust your dose as required.
Take Boxer-NM Syrup with extreme caution if you have gastrointestinal (stomach and intestines) diseases, particularly colitis (swelling of the inner lining of the colon), as it may worsen your condition. Ask your doctor for dose adjustments or another suitable medicine in such cases.
Take Boxer-NM Syrup cautiously if you have kidney problems as an affected kidney will not filter this medicine properly. This can increase the risk of kidney damage. Dose adjustments may be required, based on your clinical condition.
Food interactions
Boxer-NM Syrup will not show its desired effects if consumed with dairy products. At least two hours gap should be maintained between this medicine and dairy products.
Avoid using Boxer-NM Syrup along with multivitamins with minerals. It can be taken before 2 to 4 hours of taking multivitamins with minerals or after 4 to 6 hours of taking it.
