Bicalutamide

Description

Bicalutamide is a non-steroidal anti-cancer medicine used in men along with other specific agents for the treatment of prostate cancer. This medicine is not recommended for use in females, children, and adolescents.

Diabetes Mellitus

The combination of Bicalutamide and GnRH agonists should be used with caution in patients with a history of diabetes mellitus due to the increased risk of elevated blood glucose levels. Close monitoring of blood glucose levels is recommended for these patients.

Missed Dose

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed one.
