Description
Betavert OD 48 Tablet is an antivertigo medicine used in the treatment of Meniere's disease, which is an inner ear disorder. This medicine helps relieve the symptoms of Meniere's disease, such as vertigo (a feeling of dizziness or spinning sensation), ringing in the ears, nausea, and hearing loss. It works by improving blood flow around the inner ear. This will reduce the build-up of pressure in the inner ear. Betavert OD 48 Tablet may cause side effects such as headache, nausea, indigestion, and stomach pain. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to it. Betavert OD 48 Tablet should be taken with food to avoid stomach problems. Your doctor will decide the dose and duration of treatment based on your clinical condition. Take it for the recommended duration, as abrupt discontinuation may lead to worsening of your symptoms. Also, avoid caffeine, dairy products, alcohol, and foods containing high sodium content, as it may trigger Meniere's disease. Betavert OD 48 Tablet may not be suitable for everyone. Inform your doctor if you have stomach ulcers, asthma, or low blood pressure. Also, inform your doctor about all your current medications to avoid undesired effects. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or are breastfeeding before taking this medicine.
