Azrol 25 mcg Inhaler is a bronchodilator medicine that is used to relieve symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, breathing difficulties, coughing, etc. caused by asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients below 4 years of age.

Hypokalemia

The use of this medicine has been associated with a decrease in blood potassium levels (hypokalemia). Hence, it should be used with extreme caution in patients suffering from hypokalemia, a disorder where potassium levels in the body are very low. Regular monitoring of blood potassium levels is necessary while receiving this medicine. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some cases based on the clinical condition.

Seizure disorders
