Azelast Eye Drops is an anti-allergy medicine containing Azelastine. It is used to treat symptoms such as eye redness and itching associated with allergic conjunctivitis. Azelast Eye Drops works by blocking the release of histamine a chemical that is responsible for allergic reactions. Azelast Eye Drops may cause side effects like dryness and irritation of the eye, itching, redness, watery eyes, burning sensation in eyes, etc. Inform your doctor if any of these side effects bother you or persist for a long time. Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to it. Azelast Eye Drops may cause visual disturbances. Hence avoid driving vehicles or operating machines after use. Azelast Eye Drops is a prescription medicine The dose of medicine and duration of treatment will depend on your health condition.
