ContainsAtropine
Description
Atro Eye Drops is used to dilate the pupil for an eye examination or other diagnostic procedures. It also relieves eye pain caused by swelling and inflammation of the eye and is hence used for the treatment of uveitis (inflammation of the middle layer of the eye). This medicine works by relaxing the muscles in your eyes. Atro Eye Drops has some side effects like dry mouth, blurred vision, eye irritation, sensitivity to bright light, etc. These side effects may subside on their own. If they bother you for a longer time or worsen, consult your doctor. Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to it. Atro Eye Drops is for eyes only. Wash your hands thoroughly. Tilt your head back and pull the lower eyelid gently to make a small pocket. Instil a few drops inside it without allowing the tip to come into contact with your eyes. Close your eyes for two to three minutes. Do not wipe or rinse the dropper tip. Preserve in a clean condition. Atro Eye Drops may not be suitable for all people. It is recommended for use in children aged three months and above. Inform your doctor if you have any eye disorders or other health issues. Also, inform them about ongoing medications.
