How it works
Levosalbutamol relaxes the muscles of the airway and opens the blocked air passages. This improves the amount of airflow to the lungs and makes breathing easier. Ambroxol reduces the production of mucus. It promotes the release of chemicals (surfactants) that help in the clearance of mucus. Guaifenesin reduces the thickness of mucus in the air passages; this makes it easier to cough up the mucus and clear the airways.
