Thyroid gland disorder
This medicine should be used with caution in patients suffering from a disorder of the thyroid gland. You might need to undergo certain tests to determine the safe and effective use of this medicine.
Diabetes
Use of this medicine can alter the blood sugar levels and hence should be used with caution in patients who are diabetic.
Difficulty in urination
Use of this medicine can cause pain and difficulty in urination for patients having an enlarged prostate gland. It should be used with caution in such cases.
Prolonged usage
This medicine should not be used for more than 3 times a day as prolonged exposure may cause the congestion to recur or worsen.
Neurosurgery
This medicine is not recommended for use if you have recently had a surgery to remove pituitary gland tumor or other surgeries that may expose the outer layers of the brain.

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next scheduled dose then the missed dose can be skipped.

This medicine should be used with caution in patients having an enlarged prostate gland. Prolonged use and a high dose of this medicine should be avoided in such cases. Report any instance of increased difficulty in urination to the doctor.
