Instructions
Consumption of alcohol is not recommended during treatment with Wincold Z Tablet due to the increased risk of side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, difficulty in concentration, fatigue and weakness.
Interaction with Medicine
Disease interactions
Wincold Z Tablet should be used with extreme caution if you have any cardiovascular diseases (medical conditions of the heart and blood vessels). This medicine increases heart contractions and oxygen consumption thus increasing the workload on your heart. Inform your doctor if you experience symptoms like irregular heart rate and/or very high blood pressure.
Wincold Z Tablet should be used with caution if you have diabetes (a condition where the blood sugar levels are very high). This medicine may further increase your blood sugar levels. Hence, your sugar levels need to be closely monitored while using this medicine. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia
Benign prostatic hyperplasia is an enlargement of the prostate gland (a walnut-shaped gland in men that carries sperm carrying fluid).
Wincold Z Tablet should be used if you have an enlarged prostate due to the risk of increased difficulty in passing urine.
