Description

Tini 500 MG Tablet is an antibiotic, used in the treatment of certain types of vaginal infections like bacterial vaginosis (an infection caused by an overgrowth of harmful bacteria in the vagina) and trichomoniasis (a sexually transmitted disease that can affect men and women). Tini 500 MG Tablet is also used to treat certain types of parasite infections like giardiasis (an infection of the intestine that can cause diarrhoea, gas, and stomach cramps), and amebiasis (an infection of the intestine that can cause diarrhoea, gas, stomach cramps and can spread to other organs such as the liver). This medicine works by stopping the growth of certain bacteria and parasites. Tini 500 MG Tablet show some side effects like nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, and skin rash. Consult your doctor if any of these side effects persist for a long time. Avoid taking this medicine if you have a known allergy to it. Tini 500 MG Tablet can cause drowsiness. Avoid the consumption of alcohol while you take this medicine as it may cause excessive drowsiness. Also, do not drive or perform any activity that needs mental alertness while you take Tini 500 MG Tablet. Tini 500 MG Tablet should be taken with food, every day at the same time to get the desired result. Avoid consuming more than the prescribed dose and make sure that the course of treatment must be completed as directed by your doctor. Tini 500 MG Tablet can interact with other medications and health conditions. What is it prescribed for?

Amebiasis

Amoebiasis is a parasitic infection of the intestines which leads to diarrhoea, abdominal pain, dehydration and is caused by the Entamoeba histolytica parasite. This infection may also be asymptomatic in some cases. Tini 500 MG Tablet is used as first-line therapy for this infection.

Trichomoniasis

Trichomoniasis is a sexually transmitted disease caused by Trichomonas vaginalis. This infection can occur in both men and women but it is asymptomatic in men. It may lead to abdominal pain, painful and foul-smelling vaginal discharge, vaginal itching, etc in women. Tini 500 MG Tablet is used to treat this condition.

Bacterial Vaginosis

Bacterial vaginosis (BV) is an infection of the vagina caused by an overgrowth of bacteria that live inside the vagina. Your vagina contains good and bad bacteria. Good bacteria helps to keep the vagina healthy. In cases of BV, there is an excess of bad bacteria which upsets the normal balance of vaginal bacteria. It is a common condition in women and can be treated by antibiotics. Tini 500 MG Tablet is used to treat this condition.

Giardiasis

Giardiasis is an infection of the small intestine caused by a parasite called Giardia lamblia. It is a contagious infection and spreads through contaminated water or food items. This condition leads to watery diarrhoea, fatigue, belching, etc. Tini 500 MG Tablet is used to treat this infection.

Sexually transmitted diseases prophylaxis

In case of the suspect acquiring a sexually transmitted disease such as trichomoniasis (a sexually transmitted disease that can affect men and women), therapy with Tini 500 MG Tablet is given to avoid the infection.

Dialysis

Dialysis is a procedure to remove waste products and excess fluid from the blood when the kidneys stop working properly.
