Spasmindon Paediatric Drops is composed of Dicyclomine and Simethicone. It is used to treat numerous stomach problems like bloating, cramping, belching and other gastrointestinal problems (disorders of the stomach and intestines).
Spasmindon Paediatric Drops is commonly used in infants (children up to one year of age) above six months of age. It works by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and intestines and easing the passage of gas.
Spasmindon Paediatric Drops shows side effects like constipation, burping, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting. Do not use this medicine if your child is allergic to it. Consult your doctor if the side effects are persistent or bothering your child.
Spasmindon Paediatric Drops can cause drowsiness in your child. Hence, avoid activities that require mental attention while your child is taking this medicine.
Spasmindon Paediatric Drops is usually taken before food or as instructed by your child's doctor.
