Description

Sodium Hyaluronate is used in various dosage forms for different indications. Sodium Hyaluronate cream is used to treat skin conditions such as bedsores, diabetic foot ulcers, burn wounds, surgical incisions, dry or scaly skin, cuts, skin irritations, etc. Sodium Hyaluronate eye drops are used to prevent eye dryness. It may also be used during eye surgeries to protect eye tissues from stress. Sodium Hyaluronate may cause side effects like headache, pain at the injection site, skin irritation and discolouration, eye pain and discomfort etc. Most of these side effects are temporary and resolve on their own. Consult your doctor if these side effects are persistent. Avoid driving vehicles after using Sodium Hyaluronate eye drops as it can change your eyesight. Sodium Hyaluronate injection is given by a qualified healthcare professional in a hospital or clinic. Sodium Hyaluronate cream is applied as a thin layer on the affected area, as prescribed by your doctor. Sodium Hyaluronate eye drops are instilled over your eyes, as prescribed by your doctor. Inflammation

Strenuous activities

You are recommended to avoid strenuous activities such as jogging, tennis, heavy lifting, standing on your feet for a long time, etc. for at least 48 hours after receiving Sodium Hyaluronate in the knee.

Joint effusion

Joint effusion is a condition involving an excessive amount of fluid in or around a joint, usually the knee. If you have joint effusion, your doctor will treat that first before receiving Sodium Hyaluronate as it may worsen your condition.

Blurring of vision

Sodium Hyaluronate can cause temporary blurring of vision and hence you should refrain from driving vehicles or operating machines immediately after using this medicine.

Skin irritation

Missed Dose
