Signolol 10 MG Tablet

Manufactured bySigmund Promedica
ContainsPropranolol
CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

Description

Signolol 10 MG Tablet is a beta-blocker medicine that is used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), angina (chest pain radiating to arms, neck and back), and hypertrophic subaortic stenosis (an abnormal thickening of heart muscle). It is also used to prevent migraine headaches. In some cases, it is also used alone or in combination with other medications to treat heart rhythm disorder (arrhythmia). This medicine attaches to the heart and blocks certain molecules that trigger receptors. These receptors are responsible for inducing heartbeat, thus blocking it makes the heartbeat slow and lowers blood pressure. Your doctor may prescribe you a dose based on the clinical response to the medicine. The common side effects of Signolol 10 MG Tablet are tiredness, unusual weakness, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. Most of these side effects are short term and may improve as the body gets habituated to them. If any of these side effects persist or worsen, consult your doctor at the earliest. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to it. You can take Signolol 10 MG Tablet with or without food. Take this medicine as directed by your doctor and do not stop on your own even you feel better. Discuss all the known illnesses such as asthma, kidney disease, liver disease, etc., with your doctor. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding mother. Your doctor may advise certain tests to make sure whether the medicine is working properly or not.
