R-Cinex 600 Tablet is a combination of Rifampicin and Isoniazid. This medicine is used for the treatment of tuberculosis (a bacterial infection that affects your lungs). It prevents the bacteria from growing, thus it helps in treating the infection. R-Cinex 600 Tablet might cause some side effects like nausea, vomiting, headache, heartburn, etc., that subside with time. Inform your doctor if any of the side effects become severe or persist for a long time. R-Cinex 600 Tablet is recommended to be taken on an empty stomach.
