Description

Novale 2% Soap is an anti-fungal soap that contains ketoconazole as an active ingredient. It is used in the treatment of various fungal infections of the skin. It works by damaging the cell membrane of the fungus and eventually kills it. This action controls and stops the spread of fungal infections. Novale 2% Soap has side effects like burning, irritation, itching, and redness at the site of application. Stop using this soap and consult your doctor if these symptoms persist. Avoid using this soap if you are allergic to ketoconazole. Novale 2% Soap is not recommended for use in children under 18 years of age as safety and efficacy are not established. Novale 2% Soap should be used as directed by your doctor. Wash your hands and the affected area with water. Apply the soap gently on the affected area and allow it to remain for 2-3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and repeat the same if required. Avoid contact with eyes, nose and mouth. Wash immediately in case of accidental contact. A fungal skin infection is a skin disease caused by fungus. It is also commonly referred to as mycosis. Novale 2% Soap is used to treat fungal skin infections. It helps in relieving symptoms such as redness, rash and itching associated with athlete's foot (a fungal infection that happens due to excessive sweating of the feet), jock itch (a fungal infection that occurs on the soft and moist areas of the body like the genitals and inner thighs), ringworm infection (a fungal foot infection that begins between the toes and spreads to the toenails), seborrheic dermatitis (a fungal infection that causes redness, itching rash with flaky scales).
