Description
Mefkind-DS Suspension is a combination medicine that consists of Mefenamic acid and Paracetamol. It is used to provide relief from the pain associated with toothaches, backaches, sprains, strains and musculoskeletal pain with or without fever. Mefkind-DS Suspension decreases the intensity of pain signals to the brain and prevents the release of substances in the brain that causes pain and fever.
Mefkind-DS Suspension can cause side effects like nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, loss of appetite, and diarrhoea. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or bother you. Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to it. Avoid driving a vehicle or operating machines after taking this medicine as it may affect your vision.
Mefkind-DS Suspension should be taken with food to avoid stomach irritation. Do not use this medicine in your pregnancy or breastfeeding without consulting your doctor. Avoid consuming alcohol while using this medicine as it may cause excessive drowsiness and stomach lining damage.

Fever is an abnormally high body temperature. Mefkind-DS Suspension is one of the widely used medicines to decrease fever in children. It blocks the action of chemical messengers that cause fever. Use it exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

Pain and inflammation (swelling) are very common conditions that occur as a result of the body's immune response to protect itself against infection, injury, or disease. Mefkind-DS Suspension is used to relieve headache, toothache, backache, and musculoskeletal pain associated with/without fever.
