Maxmoist Eye Drops is a combination of Hyaluronic acid and D-panthenol. It is used in the treatment of dry eyes (an eye condition that occurs when the eyes do not produce enough tears or when the tears evaporate too quickly). This medicine provides relief from symptoms such as burning, itching, irritation or discomfort in your eyes by lubricating your eyes. Maxmoist Eye Drops may cause side effects such as eye pain, irritation and vision disturbances. These symptoms usually subside on their own. However, consult your doctor if these symptoms stay for a long time or if they become severe. Avoid driving vehicles or operating machines if you experience these symptoms. Maxmoist Eye Drops can be used when needed or as prescribed by your doctor. Consult your doctor if you use contact lenses. Inform your doctor if you develop an eye infection while using this medicine. Maxmoist Eye Drops is not recommended for use if you are allergic to it. Use Maxmoist Eye Drops exactly as advised by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts than prescribed. Follow all the instructions given on the label/package insert. Wash your hands properly before using the eye drops. Do not touch the tip of the bottle in order to avoid contamination of the medicine. Pull down your lower eyelid and squeeze a few drops of this medicine into the eyelid pocket. Maintain a time gap of at least 5 minutes between applying this medicine and any other eye medicine. If you wear contact lenses, you are recommended to remove them before using this medicine. You can wear the lenses 15 minutes after application. Consult your doctor if your symptoms do not improve after a few doses.
