Lamictal 25 MG Tablet DT may cause severe skin reactions such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome (a rare and serious painful skin rash with blisters) and Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (life-threatening skin problem that causes blistering and peeling of your skin). Inform your doctor if you experience such symptoms.
Lamictal 25 MG Tablet DT is metabolized and broken down by the liver and should be used with caution if you have pre-existing liver problems due to the increased risk of undesired side effects, resulting from the accumulation of this medicine in your body. Your liver function needs to be closely monitored and dose adjustments may be required based on your clinical condition.
Lamictal 25 MG Tablet DT is eliminated by kidneys and should be used with caution if you have pre-existing kidney problems due to the increased risk of side effects, resulting from the accumulation of this medicine in your body. Your kidney function needs to be closely monitored and dose adjustments may be required based on your clinical condition.
Lamictal 25 MG Tablet DT should be used with caution if you have pre-existing heart problems due to the increased risk of an irregular heartbeat. Your blood pressure and electrocardiogram (ECG) needs to be closely monitored.
Meningitis is a condition with inflammation (swelling) of the membranes lining your brain and spinal cord. Lamictal 25 MG Tablet DT may increase your risk of meningitis and should be used with caution. Inform your doctor if you experience any symptoms of headache, fever, nausea, vomiting, etc.
Lamictal 25 MG Tablet DT may affect your blood cell count and may increase your risk of leukopenia (low white blood cell count), anaemia (low red blood cell count), thrombocytopenia (low platelet count), etc. Your blood cell count needs to be closely monitored.
