Description

Fosfoe Sachet is an antibiotic that is used to treat bacterial infections of the urinary tract. It works by killing the bacteria and helps to improve your symptoms and cure the infection. Fosfoe Sachet shows side effects like headache, diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, etc. Avoid driving vehicles or operating machines if you feel dizzy after taking this medicine. Consult your doctor if any of these side effects persist or worsen. Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to it. Fosfoe Sachet should be taken on an empty stomach, either one hour before or at least two hours after meals. Your doctor will prescribe the dose and duration of treatment based on the severity of your condition. Ensure that you complete the course of the treatment. If you discontinue this medicine early, the infection may reappear which would be difficult to treat. Fosfoe Sachet should be used with caution if you have kidney or stomach and intestinal problems. Inform your doctor if you are taking any other medicines. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or are breastfeeding.

General warnings

Diarrhoea

Consult your doctor if you experience a severe and persistent diarrhoea, severe stomach pain, blood in the stool, etc.

Drug resistance

Use of Fosfoe Sachet without sufficient proof or suspicion of a bacterial infection should be avoided. Irrational use of this medicine may increase the risk of antibiotic resistance (bacteria develop the ability to defeat the antibiotics designed to kill them). Also, ensure that you complete the course of treatment even if you feel better after a few days to prevent such resistance.
