Duolin Forte Inhaler is a combination medicine which is used to relieve symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, breathing difficulties, coughing, etc. caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). This medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 12 years of age.

Allergy

Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (an abnormal condition of the heart, where the heart muscles become thickened and the heart is not able to pump the blood effectively) due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient’s condition.

Tachyarrhythmias

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with tachyarrhythmia due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient’s condition.

General warnings

Driving or Operating machinery

Use of this medicine may cause symptoms such as blurred vision, dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, etc. in some patients. Glaucoma

This medicine should be used with caution in patients suffering from glaucoma due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required based on the clinical condition.

Urinary Retention

This medicine should be used with caution in patients suffering from benign prostatic hyperplasia due to the increased risk of urinary retention. Paradoxical bronchospasm
