Description

Dologel Gel is a combination of Choline Salicylate, Lidocaine, and Benzalkonium Chloride. It is used to relieve pain, swelling, redness, and discomfort associated with mouth ulcers or sores (one or more small, painful lesions that develop in your mouth or at the base of your gums). It works by killing the bacteria and inhibiting the release of certain chemicals in the body responsible for ulcers or sores. Dologel Gel shows common side effects such as mild irritation and numbness in the affected area where the medicine is applied. These side effects usually subside with time. However, consult your doctor for further assistance if they persist or worsen. Dologel Gel is for external use only. Apply a thin film to the affected area with an applicator or a clean index finger and spread it gently. Wash your hands before and after each application. Do not swallow the medicine and avoid contact with the eyes. Dologel Gel should not be applied to treat burns or cut. Consult your doctor before the application of the medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
