What is it prescribed for?

Seizures

This medicine is used for the treatment of tonic-clonic (grand mal) and psychomotor (temporal lobe) seizures (a brain disorder characterized by uncontrolled jerking movements and loss of consciousness). It is also used to control and/or prevent seizures that may occur during or after brain surgeries or severe head injuries.

Status Epilepticus

This medicine is used to control generalized tonic-clonic status epilepticus, which is a condition where episodes of epileptic fits follow one after another without recovery of consciousness between them.

Blood cell count

Suicidal thoughts

Skin reactions
