Description

Azithral 250 MG Tablet DT is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections of the nose, throat, tonsils, ear, lungs, skin, etc. It works by blocking the formation of proteins required for bacterial growth. Thus, it prevents further bacterial growth and multiplication. Azithral 250 MG Tablet DT is only effective for bacterial infections. Azithral 250 MG Tablet DT may cause some common side effects such as stomach pain, diarrhoea, nausea, headache, etc. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or if they become severe. Avoid activities like driving vehicles and operating machines as this medicine may make you feel dizzy. Azithral 250 MG Tablet DT can be taken with or without food, as prescribed by your doctor. Your dose will depend on the severity of your condition. Try taking this medicine at the same time every day to maintain a constant level of medicine in your body. Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor, as it may lead to antibiotic resistance (a condition where infection-causing organisms develop the ability to defeat the effect of drugs designed to kill them). Azithral 250 MG Tablet DT is not recommended if you are allergic to it. Inform your doctor if you have heart, liver, or kidney problems before starting the treatment. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or are breastfeeding before taking this medicine.
