Description

Arpizol 20 MG Tablet is an antipsychotic medicine containing Aripiprazole. It is used for the treatment of mental disorders like Schizophrenia (a person develops unreal thoughts and behaviour) and bipolar disorder (changes in a person's mood, energy, and ability to think clearly). This medicine can only control the symptoms but cannot cure the condition. Arpizol 20 MG Tablet works by altering the activity of certain chemical substances in the brain. Arpizol 20 MG Tablet can cause side effects like headache, constipation, nausea, vomiting, tremor, restlessness, etc. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen. Avoid driving vehicles or operating machines as this medicine can make you feel dizzy or drowsy. Arpizol 20 MG Tablet may be taken with or without food. The dose and duration of treatment will be decided by your doctor based on your clinical condition. Take Arpizol 20 MG Tablet at the same time every day to maintain a constant level of medicine in your body. Do not stop taking Arpizol 20 MG Tablet suddenly without consulting your doctor, as it may cause withdrawal symptoms. Arpizol 20 MG Tablet is not recommended for use if you are allergic to it. Schizophrenia is a mental disorder that affects a person's ability to think, feel, and perceive reality. Arpizol 20 MG Tablet may be used in the treatment of schizophrenia in adults and children at least 13 years old.

Bipolar disorder

Bipolar disorder is a brain condition causing episodes of emotional mood swings, characterised by unusual shifts in the mood like hyperactivity and low mood. Arpizol 20 MG Tablet is used alone or in combination with other medications for the treatment of Bipolar disorder in adults and children at least 10 years old.

Depression

Depressive disorder is a mood disorder with a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. Arpizol 20 MG Tablet is used as an additional treatment for depressive disorder in adults.
