Description

Amicline Plus Tablet is used for the treatment of intestinal amebiasis and extraintestinal forms of amebiasis which is caused by Entamoeba histolytica. It is also used for the treatment of giardiasis, an intestinal infection caused by Giardia lambia strains of protozoa.

Uses of Amicline Plus Tablet

What is it prescribed for?

Intestinal amoebiasis

This medicine is used for the treatment of asymptomatic intestinal amoebiasis caused by Entamoeba histolytica. In this phase, the patient is a carrier and passes the cyst of the organism through the feces.

Extra-intestinal amoebiasis

This medicine is used for the treatment of extra-intestinal amoebiasis caused by various strains of amoeba.

Asymptomatic cyst passers

This medicine is used for the treatment of asymptomatic cyst passers who are passing cysts of Entamoeba histolytica.

Giardiasis

This medicine is used for the treatment of intestinal infection caused by Giardia lambia strains of protozoa. It is characterized by diarrhea, fever, fatigue, foul-smelling stool, etc.
