Description

Acrotac 25 Capsule is a retinoid (vitamin A derivative) used for the treatment of psoriasis (a skin disorder caused due to rapid buildup of skin cells leading to scaly, itchy, and dry patches). This medicine works by slowing down the growth of the skin cells. Acrotac 25 Capsule may cause side effects like nausea, headache, back pain, joint pain, nosebleed, peeling and dry skin, taste change, hair loss, etc. Consult your doctor if these side effects bother you for a long time or become severe. Avoid driving vehicles or operating machines after taking this medicine as it can cause decreased night vision. Acrotac 25 Capsule is a prescription medicine. Take it with food for better effects. Take this medicine at the same time every day to maintain a constant level in your body. Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor, as your symptoms could reoccur or become worse. Acrotac 25 Capsule is not recommended for use if you are allergic to it or have severe liver or kidney problems. Inform your doctor about your health problems and current medications before starting the treatment. This will help your doctor to adjust your dose to avoid undesired effects. Acrotac 25 Capsule is not recommended for use if you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy, as it can harm the developing foetus. This medicine should be avoided if you are breastfeeding.
