Aluminium Hydroxide

Description

Aluminium Hydroxide is an antacid (a class of medicines that neutralizes the acid in your stomach) that is used in combination with other medication to relieve heartburn, indigestion, and upset stomach. Aluminium Hydroxide is available as an oral suspension, capsule, tablet and ointment form. Your doctor will prescribe the dose and duration. Aluminium Hydroxide is not recommended if you are allergic to it. Before taking this medicine inform your doctor if you have kidney problems, severe constipation, dehydration, or if you drink alcohol frequently.
