Description
Altime CF Junior Syrup is a combination medicine which may be used for the treatment of dry cough. It is not used to relieve a cough which is caused by smoking and asthma. This medicine is not recommended for use in children less than 4 years of age.

Allergy

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients who are known allergy to dextromethorphan, Cetirizine or any other inactive ingredients present in the formulation.

Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI)

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI) due to the increased risk of serious and life-threatening side effects. A time gap of at least 14 days should be maintained between stopping therapy with MAOIs and starting therapy with this medicine.

General warnings

Smoking

This medicine is not recommended for use if you have a cough related to smoking, COPD, and asthma conditions.

Emphysema

This medicine should be used with caution in patients with emphysema due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition. Report all your medical conditions/diseases to the doctor before taking this medicine. An alternative treatment option may be necessary based on the clinical condition.

Chronic bronchitis

This medicine should be used with caution in patients with chronic bronchitis due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition. Driving or Operating machinery
