ContainsDoxycycline (100 mg) + Lactic Acid Bacillus (5 Billion Spores)
Description
Adoxy LB Capsule is an antibiotic medicine that consists of Doxycycline and Lactic Acid Bacillus. It is used in the treatment of a variety of bacterial infections affecting the lungs, eyes, reproductive organs, skin, and urinary tract. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria and preventing the spread of infection. It also prevents diarrhoea that may be caused by the use of antibiotics. Adoxy LB Capsule has some side effects like diarrhoea, loss of appetite, dry mouth, nausea, and vomiting. These side effects are mild and may subside by themselves when your body adapts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if any of these symptoms bother you for a long time or worsen. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to it. Adoxy LB Capsule can be taken with or without food or as instructed by your doctor. Avoid taking more or fewer doses than prescribed. Your doctor will determine the dose and duration of treatment depending on the severity of your condition. Finish the entire course of treatment with Adoxy LB Capsule even if you feel better after taking a few doses. Abrupt stopping may increase the risk of relapse of your condition and lead to antibiotic resistance. Adoxy LB Capsule is not recommended for use in children below eight years of age. Inform your doctor if you have liver or skin problems, or any other health conditions before taking this medicine. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, or are breastfeeding before using this medicine.
