Description
Aclozen-S Tablet is a combination medicine which may be used for the treatment of mild to moderate pain conditions such as osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc associated with inflammation or edema. Do not take this medicine if you have any bleeding disorder, asthma or have a known allergy.

Allergy

NSAID-induced asthma

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from NSAID-sensitive asthma due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.

Bleeding disorder

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with active bleeding or bleeding disorders due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.

Pregnancy

This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant women unless absolutely necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before taking this medicine.

Breast-feeding

This medicine is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless absolutely necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before taking this medicine.
General warnings

Long term use

Use of this medicine for more than 4 weeks is not advised since the safety and efficacy of long-term use are not clinically established.

Surgeries

Use of this medicine should be stopped at least 10-14 days before a scheduled surgery as it may increase the risk of bleeding during and/or after the procedure.

Kidney/Liver Disease

This medicine should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney/liver impairment due to the increased risk of adverse effects. Regular monitoring of the kidney/liver function tests is necessary while receiving this medicine for such patients. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some cases based on the clinical condition.

Driving or Operating machinery

Use of this medicine may cause symptoms such as dizziness, drowsiness, etc. in some patients. It is advised that you do not perform any activities such as driving a vehicle or operating machinery if you experience any of these symptoms during treatment with this medicine.

Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery

This medicine should not be taken to relieve pain before, during, or after a coronary artery bypass graft surgery due to the increased risk of severe adverse reactions.

Gastro-intestinal bleeding

This medicine may cause severe gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation after prolonged usage. These adverse events may occur with or without warning symptoms. This risk is especially higher in the elderly population and in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required based on the clinical condition.

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed one.
