Reached out to doctor for an online consultation given the current pandemic situation and my situation of ear infection and anxiety for not being able to visit a doctor in person - he was very forthcoming and helpful . Not only did he prescribe the medicines but also assured in a positive comforting way that there’s nothing to worry , in addition to this he was available on the chats in case of any doubt etc . I consulted Dr Patidar during lockdown period when i was away from my parents and my mother was having throat related problem(cough).

Since my mother is diabetic so based on that the medicines prescribed by him was very helpful and in a course of 15-20 days- more than 90% of the problem was eliminated.
