I had one year old ring worm and acne issue, Dr diagnosed in 5 minutes, and without any call, and prescribed very less medicines, first time i know that meditated soap also can also be used in this issue, after 3 months treatment it was completely cured, thanks once again.

I consulted her via practo video consultation. In the prescription she mentioned some creams and when to use it.

In the prescription and over the call she did not mention the dos and donts of using the prescribed creams, its side effects ,and how to counter side effects, did not ask about skin allergies or sensitivity.
She was not available for over call consultation for more than a 2 minutes . I had to research the prescribed medicines and ask follow up questions. It takes very long time (4-5 hours)to get response or answers to queries.
