My experience with Dr. Jacob P Alappat was very good. The clinic staff and waiting time were also very good. I would rate my overall experience as four out of five and would recommend him. He is a very experienced and good neurosurgeon, and I already knew him from before.

The doctor has a very good personality and good behavior. She explained everything clearly during the consultation. Overall, I had a nice experience and would definitely recommend her. The only issue was with the seating arrangements, which could be improved.
