I work in Mauritius and while visiting Kota, I searched for Orthopaedic doctor as I was suffering from acute pain in my right heel. I had taken medical advice in Mauritius and was suggested a course of steroid injections (course of 3 injections to be given at a gap of 2-2 months). I was told that if this course of steroids does not work then surgery will be required.
However, I looked on internet while in Kota and found about Dr. Tanay Sharma of T.T.Hospital. I visited him with little hope and expecting to get similar advice. But I was in for a pleasant surprise as the doctor immediately diagnosed the problem and unlike others adviced to start treatment with medicines.
It is now over 45 days since I am on his prescribed medications and am almost fit with no trace of the pain in my heel any more.
I would recommend anyone suffering from such pain to visit Dr. Tanay and hopefully get cured by medication only.
